The Gran Fiocco Ferrarini, also called Culatta Cotta, is obtained from the same Culatello raw material, aromatized with the unmistakable brine of Ferrarini Cooked Ham. A gourmet specialty! Slow cooking, at low temperatures, enhances the softness. With a soft flavor, it melts in your mouth.
