Italian Salami Langhirano Ferrarini is a sophisticated version of the ancient Emilian homemade salami. A high quality product with a craftsmanship, obtained from highly selected raw materials, from heavy pork legs, from a certified Italian supply chain.
The lean and fatty parts of the meat are ground relatively finely, following an ancient recipe, and seasoned with salt, pepper, herbs and spices, before being wrapped in natural casing. Extremely balanced fat and lean parts.
At the end of maturation (minimum 5/6 weeks), the product develops a delicate aroma, a sweet and slightly spicy taste.
Grind is medium.

Recommendations for use: to best enjoy its flavor and consistency, we recommend cutting it with a knife, at an angle of 60° and with the thickness of a peppercorn.
