Salami Milano is a salami known all over the world, typical of Brianza and the Milanese area.
It’s produced from selected raw materials, with a balanced combination of spices and aromas. The maturation is longer than other types of salami due to the large diameter of the product.
The taste is round, the flavour is sweet and delicate.
Salami Milano is very similar to Salami Ungherese but Salami Ungherese has a decidedly more pungent spicy aroma due to the greater variety of spices used to flavor the mixture.
Salami Milano is characterized by a compact rice-grain texture, a soft texture and a ruby red colour.
Recommendations for use: this salami should be cut thinly in a slicer.
