Description
Salami Ungherese is produced from selected raw materials. The mixture of finely chopped meats is worked with spices which, together with smoking, create a unique harmony of flavours.
The slices have a bright red colour, with very fine grain and a compact consistency.
Salami Ungherese is very similar to Salami Milano, but has a decidedly more pungent spicy aroma due to the greater variety of spices used to flavor the mixture.
The taste is soft, sweet, delicately smoky.
Contrary to what the name suggests,Salami Ungherese is not a product born in Hungary and imported from Budapest. In fact, production began in the mid-19th century by an Italian who moved to the Hungarian capital. The tradition and production techniques of this salami are therefore typically Italian.
Recommendations for use: this salami should be cut thinly, in a slicer.
A very versatile product, highly recommended also for food service.
Our range of italian salami, made following traditional methods from Emilia and Brianza, comes from carefully chosen pigs. Distinctive grinds for different gourmet occasions and menus. Dinstinct consistencies and seasoning for every taste.
